Orders are open at every new collection launch and the marshmallows will be available to order until the collection ends and/or until the availability slots run out.

Once an order has been placed and payment has been made, it cannot be cancelled.

No-show at allocated pick up times and location will be strictly non-refundable as our sweets are all made fresh and made to order resulting in the product being disposed if the order is not collected / picked up

Yes, we create and supply marshmallows for parties and events. We do offer custom orders for orders above $200. Please send us an email to masumaru.au@gmail.com to discuss further.

Our Marshmallows are made with sugar, egg whites, Australian pork/beef gelatine and flavoured with flavourings, fruit juices, extracts / essences. 

We use fresh egg whites and gelatine in our marshmallows, therefore they are not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.

We are unable to cater to dietary requirements as our recipes do not allow for swapping of ingredients.

Our marshmallows are best kept in an airtight container and refrigerated to ensure they maintain freshness and retain moisure (so they stay Squishy!!!) They may dry out in ambient and warmer temperatures if left out on the benchtop. Please keep them out of direct sunlight.

Note : If you do not consume the marshmallows within the day you received them, they should be transferred to an airtight container and refrigerated per recommended above. The marshmallow packaging is NOT 100% airtight. If you wish to keep them in their respective packaging for gifting purposes, it is recommended to pack the boxes into a clear bag secured with a food clip to keep them airtight. They are to be kept upright and refrigerated until you are ready to consume them.   

Shelf life is approximately 1-2 weeks in the refrigerator for optimal taste and texture. If they are not refrigerated, they can develop a hard and dry skin. Marshmallows are good up to 3 weeks in the freezer, and can be left out in room temperature for approximately 20mins for the marshmallows to return soft and squishy                                                                                                                               

• Refrigerated - 1-2 week   
• Freezer - 3 weeks tops

Cut-off time for Monday 12th September Despatch is Wednesday 7th September 2022 9pm.

Orders received after Wednesday 7th September 2022 9pm will be slotted in the following Monday's delivery.(despatch 19th Sept 2022)**

** This heavily depends on stock availability of the current collection, otherwise marshmallows from the next collection will be shipped

We currently post to VIC, NSW, ACT and QLD

Our product is perishable and can start drying out if they are out of the refrigerator for too long period, hence we only offer Express Shipping so that you can receive your order within the week it is shipped out. We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure you receive your order by Friday.
